After you place your order, we will package it up and send it on its way generally within one business day. Please allow up to two business days for processing during peak periods (e.g., December). This applies to individual orders; bulk or corporate order processing time will vary based on the number of gifts and inventory availability.
Quicker turn-around time is available for local delivery orders in Halifax and Dartmouth.
Orders to all Canadian provinces above $109 (before tax) ship FREE! Please note this excludes remote locations where free shipping isn't feasible.
Real-time rates for orders under $109 are displayed on checkout.
Please double check the shipping address before placing an order to make sure your order arrives on time and on budget. Customers will be billed for any extra fees related to an incorrect shipping address, and nobody wants that!

If you'd like to add extra items onto a gift box, just add them to your cart and we will package everything up for you in the same gift box.
Don't forget to include a card if you'd like to include a longer message than what the gift tag allows.
For small bulk orders (6-10 boxes), feel free to shop directly online. If you can't add the desired number of gift boxes, try selecting a different gift box colour (e.g., white instead of kraft). If that doesn't do the trick, please email hello@cheerfetti.ca and we'll help you out asap.
