Please double check the shipping address before placing an order to make sure your order arrives on time and on budget. Customers will be billed for any extra fees related to an incorrect shipping address, and nobody wants that!

Shipping costs to the United States vary based on location and are shown on checkout. Please note customers in the United States are responsible for duties and taxes. Please keep an eye on your tracking number, and try to ensure someone will be home to accept the shipment. Although we haven't had any issues so far, we won't be responsible for stolen deliveries.

If you live in Halifax or Dartmouth (and surrounding areas - see delivery area map below), we provide delivery free of charge on Mondays to Fridays for orders over $50. If the delivery address is in our delivery zone, the delivery option will automatically be pre-selected on the shipping page if your order is over $50 (pre-tax). To make sure this option shows up when you're checking out, choose the address that comes up automatically (in the list of suggestions) when you're entering the address.
Please be sure to select your preferred delivery date on the cart page. Weekend deliveries are generally possible on request and subject to a $10 fee on orders under $100 - please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Please leave a phone number for the gift recipient on checkout so the delivery time can be confirmed, especially if they live in an apartment/condo building or on a busy street where it's better if the gift isn't left unattended.
Please note that local delivery isn't compatible with Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay. If you need to pay with one of these options, then please contact email@example.com to have your shipping fee refunded.
There is very occasionally a glitch where the system doesn't capture an address as being in our delivery area even though it clearly is. If this happens to you fear not - we will refund any shipping fees and ensure your gift is hand delivered.
We love surprises, but we love to make sure your gift makes its way into the hands of the lucky recipient even more. We ask for the phone number of the gift recipient to ensure the gift can be delivered when they're home, mainly if they live in an apartment/condo building or on a busy street. We won't reveal any information about the contents or who it's from, so it'll still be a surprise.
Same day deliveries are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for orders placed by 11:00am ADT (10:00am EST).
We ship to Canada and the United States. Please note that US customers are responsible for any duties and customs fees.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (weekdays except holidays) within 48 hours of being placed. Please allow an extra business day of processing time for orders placed during peak holiday times (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day).
Shipping times vary based on location and pandemic-related restrictions. Generally, orders within Nova Scotia (outside our local delivery area), New Brunswick, and PEI take 1-2 business days, and orders to cities in Ontario and Quebec take 2-3 business days. Orders to smaller towns and more remote areas, as well as western Canada and Newfoundland can take 5-10 business days. Please note these shipping time estimates do not include the (up to) 48 hour processing time required.
On the checkout screen you'll get an estimated shipping timeframe, and once your order is shipped you'll get a tracking number sent to you. If you're looking for an estimate before you place an order, reach out over chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you're sending a gift directly to the recipient, we strongly suggest getting a gift box to make their gift experience extra special. If you're buying some goodies for yourself and don't mind getting them in a plain ol' shipping box, feel free to skip the gift box!

If you'd like to include only a short note (max. 125 characters / approx. 25 words), you can leave one on the gift tag. There's a space to write this note on each gift box page, whether you're building your own gift box or shopping from our selection of curated gift boxes.
