Please note: Due to current rotating Canada Post strikes, possible further strike action and the resulting increased volume across all carriers, delivery times for orders shipped with standard ground shipping cannot be guaranteed. The dates below reflect our recommended cut-offs based on current carrier estimates and past holiday seasons. Ordering by these dates makes pre-Christmas delivery very, very likely, but not guaranteed.
If you’re ordering closer to Christmas or sending a time-sensitive gift, we strongly recommend choosing an EXPRESS shipping option.
Order cut-off dates for INDIVIDUAL ORDERS (i.e., not large bulk or corporate orders) for very likely arrival before Christmas (with standard shipping or local delivery) are:
British Columbia, Nunavut, Yukon, NWT: December 1
Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland: December 3
Manitoba: December 5
Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick & PEI: December 8
Nova Scotia (outside of our local delivery zone in Halifax): December 12

So glad you asked! Follow these tips for a smooth holiday delivery:
1) Order early
2) Make sure the shipping address is correct. We recommend checking out with shop pay and ensuring you change the delivery address on the checkout page.
If paying with paypal, google pay, or apple pay, address changes can sometimes not be applied properly. Please check your order confirmation email, and if you notice a mistake, reply to that email and we'll get the address updated faster than the speed of Santa's sleigh.
3) Be sure to leave a phone number for the recipient. If there are any issues during the delivery, the driver may attempt to contact the recipient.
4) If the delivery address is to an apartment or condo building, we recommend passing along the tracking number to the recipient. That way, they can keep an eye out for the delivery, or change the delivery date to suit their schedule.
If the gift is being sent to an apartment or condo building within Halifax or Dartmouth via the local delivery courier, we'll reach out to the recipient to ensure a smooth delivery.

Where We Deliver
We primarily ship with UPS, Purolator, Fedex, or our local delivery courier. Please be sure to choose one of these options on checkout. Shipping to some rural areas may be with Canada Post. If shipping with Canada Post, expect possible delays. Please note that Canada Post is the only last-mile option for some remote areas, even if a different carrier is selected.
Any labour disruptions with Canada Post will result in extra shipping volume and longer shipping times for couriers, and for this reason we recommend you order early.
We ship coast to coast in Canada, and offer local gift delivery in Halifax, NS.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Customers are responsible for any extra fees caused by incorrect addresses. We also recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number and ensuring someone is home to accept the delivery. Although issues are rare, we can’t be responsible for stolen deliveries.

When It Will Arrive
The shipping carrier we use depends on the delivery location. Outside of our local delivery zone, we primarily ship with UPS, and occasionally with Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post.
For some remote or rural areas, Canada Post may be the only available carrier. Please note that deliveries sent through Canada Post may experience delays during ongoing strikes.
For major cities within Canada, we mainly use UPS or Purolator.

Order cutoff time: Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 11:00 AM ADT (10:00 AM EST).

We love surprises, but we love to make sure your gift makes its way into the hands of the lucky recipient even more. We ask for the phone number of the gift recipient to ensure the gift can be delivered when they're home, mainly if they live in an apartment/condo building or on a busy street. We won't reveal any information about the contents or who it's from, so it'll still be a surprise.
