Where We Deliver
We ship coast to coast in Canada, and offer local gift delivery in Halifax, NS.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Customers are responsible for any extra fees caused by incorrect addresses. We also recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number and ensuring someone is home to accept the delivery. Although issues are rare, we can’t be responsible for stolen deliveries.
As of February 2, 2025, shipping to the United States is paused indefinitely.

We offer free local delivery to select areas Monday–Friday (and some Saturdays, if available on the cart page calendar) for orders over $109.
Areas included:
Halifax peninsula, Bedford, Lower & Middle Sackville, Clayton Park, Armdale, Beaver Bank, Hammonds Plains, Dartmouth, Eastern Passage, Cole Harbour, Fall River, Waverley, Porter's Lake, and Lawrencetown. Addresses more than 30km away from Chamberlain Drive will be subject to additional delivery fees - we will contact you if this is the case for your order.

While we don't have a retail store, if you prefer to pickup your order from our Westphal location (near Main St. and Lake Major Rd.), please email hello@cheerfetti.ca. We will send you a promo code so that you don't have to pay for shipping.
Shipping to the US is paused indefinitely as of February 2, 2025.
When It Will Arrive
The shipping carrier we use depends on the delivery location. Outside of our local delivery zone, we primarily ship with UPS, and occasionally with Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post.
Orders containing alcohol are shipped with our same-day courier if within our local delivery zone, or with Canada Post for the rest of Nova Scotia.
For some remote or rural areas, Canada Post may be the only available carrier. Please note that deliveries sent through Canada Post may experience delays during ongoing strikes.
For major cities within Canada, we mainly use UPS or Purolator.

Availability: Monday through Friday, except January 12 & 14. Orders placed ahead of time can be delivered on these dates (if they show as available on the cart calendar).
Order cutoff time: Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 11:00 AM ADT (10:00 AM EST).
Eligibility: Same-day delivery is only available in the local delivery zone (i.e., when “Local Delivery” appears as a shipping option at checkout).
OPTIONAL: You can choose a date for delivery (Halifax only) or shipping (rest of Canada).

We love surprises, but we love to make sure your gift makes its way into the hands of the lucky recipient even more. We ask for the phone number of the gift recipient to ensure the gift can be delivered when they're home, mainly if they live in an apartment/condo building or on a busy street. We won't reveal any information about the contents or who it's from, so it'll still be a surprise.

Yes! Just include your note in the message section for the greeting card you decide to go with.
If you'd like to include only a short note (max. 125 characters / approx. 25 words), you can leave one on the gift tag. There's a space to write this note on each gift box page, whether you're building your own gift box or shopping from our selection of curated gift boxes.
