Seasonal Studio & Operations Assistant 

Location: Westphal, Nova Scotia (Home Studio)

Term: Approximately November 5 – December 22, 2026

Cheerfetti is an online gift shop offering modern gifts that make hearts happy. This holiday season, we're looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated to help us spread a little cheer. 

What you'll be doing

• Helping set up our brand-new studio

• Carefully packaging customer orders (and filling out gift tags by hand!)

• Supporting social media content creation

• Answering customer inquiries

• Organizing inventory

• Pitching in with other admin tasks to keep the shop running smoothly

What you bring

• A warm, helpful approach to customer service

• A sharp eye for detail

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Neat printing (our gift tags depend on you!)

• The ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Legal eligibility to work in Nova Scotia

• Reliable transportation to our home studio

The details

• Term: Approximately November 5 – December 22, 2026

• Pay: $20 – $22/hour, depending on experience

• Hours: Approximately 8–20 hours per week (with the most hours in December)
